Call for Facilitators
Run For Office is building a roster of experienced facilitators to support the delivery of our Campaign Managers Curriculum as part of our Campaign School.
We are seeking confident, values-driven facilitators with experience in political campaigns, civic leadership, advocacy, governance, or social movements, who are skilled in participatory and learner-centered training methods.
This call is not for employment. Selected trainers will join our trainer roster and may be engaged on a sessional or assignment basis as Campaign School programmes are rolled out.
We are especially interested in trainers who:
- Have experience in political campaigns, campaign management, advocacy, governance or civic organizing.
- Are confident facilitators who use participatory, practical and interactive methods.
- Can translate theory into real-world campaign practice.
- Are comfortable training diverse groups.
- Share a commitment to democratic values, accountability and inclusive leadership.
What trainers will do:
- Deliver sessions from the Campaign Managers Curriculum.
- Facilitate engaging, participatory learning spaces.
- Support practical simulations, group work and applied learning.
- Contribute to building a strong pipeline of ethical, effective campaign managers
